I am directed to invite the quotations/rates in a sealed cover for creative layout/designs in English and Hindi for half page color advertisement on the above mentioned subject. The same may be dropped in the tender box of the Ministry available outside Room No. 622, Sixth Floor, A-Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi latest by 1:00 PM on 19-01-2010. The sealed envelopes will be opened on the same day at 2:15 PM in the presence of a Committee in Room No. 740, A-Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi
